Welcome to Fern Day August 1st and 2nd, 2009.
When the first Avatars of our age stepped ashore from the Argo, they had no idea others had gone before. They were soon to see signs that this world we have come to call home had a rich history before ours.
We may not be the First Age of Avatars, and we may not be the last, but this is OUR time.
Our time to celebrate, rejoice, and remember how it started, and how far we've come.
So which ever activities you take part in, enjoy!

Avatars, you may notice some ferns that appear larger then your normal ferns. We want you to be aware of the true reason for this. We could just tell you it was through the 'Magic of Fern Day' and leave it at that. But we felt we owed it to you all to be very honest about the special ferns you may find this Fern Day.
